anybody see INNOVATION on PBS HD?

i just watched a cool show on the building over Taipei 101 and that supertall in Shangahi.

i was confused over how much the tower looked like the one in Hong Kong.

with the circle in the middle of the top of the building.

are there going to be two buildings like this?

You mean Shanghai World Financial Centre?

I am unaware of any such building going up in HK that would look like this.

Possibly you saw the Bionic Tower, which was planned for both cities? I think it's more of a vision than a concrete proposal. (This was also in Popular Science magazine a few years ago)
