I had booked in this.They had changed the plan and re arranged the shedule of payment.I had received an e mail begining of june saying Ali moosa and sons is not opening escrow account so don't pay any more money until the matter is resolved.I have paid 35% since May 2007.

talked to al duaa two days ago, and was informed that all properties and transactions are on hold.

Yes all sold out but work hasn't started yet because of the dispute with the builder.Al Duaa Holding said they are sorting this matter with the Land registry department.

hello every body .....

i would like to ask if there is any update regard alduaa garden project .... and why ali moosa didn't set the escrow account for dubai land department yet!!!

hello every body , .... thought of share with u some news about alduaa garden ...

i spoke to alduaa holdings recently .... and i was told , that there is no progress yet , but however , they assure me that either ali moosa and sons or alduaa holdings gonna build the project , and that they r client oriented ......and what is already paid is saved ...
. so , hopefully it's just matter of time then every thing gonna be sorted out

hello every body ,

to whom it concerns .... i recieved a letter from alduaa garden about the update ...on the 8th of october 2008 ....

in summery it says :
the problem with ali moosa and sons in dubal land department ... alduaa garden proposed many options to solve the problem ... but no answer from ali moosa and sons YET ,
they mention that ali moosa offer them another plot but it not as good as the original one ..and less value ... so they refused it by all means ...

hopefully , the prolem gonna see the light of solution soon ...it seems alduaa company r serious and keen to solve it as soon as possible as well as the client .

that's what i got and hopefully hear the good news soon .

Thanks Palspeaker. I just don't understand a lot of it. Who is Ali Moosa and Sons? Why do you think Al Dua'a Properties are keen to solve it? I am not sure.

thanks pleth ....for ur enquirey ..

well ..ali moosa and sons is the owner of the land (plot) and this compnay ALI MOOSA AND SONS should submit the land to alduaa to build th project on it ..... however , there is sort of delay to submit the land to alduaa ....which every body knows ...

now the situation is ....alduaa waiting dubai land department to interfer between them to get the land from ali moosa and sons compnay .....

well.... i felt that alduaa compnay keen to solve this problem cause the keep talking to ther client and telling them the real situation and the update every noun and then ...

i am at the end one of the client and i wish this issue resolve as soon as possible .
