Damac launches Central Square

on Monday, May 05, 2008

Damac Properties has launched Central Square, a residential project that comprises two towers of 15 and eight stories, in Downtown Jebel Ali. It will soon launch a commercial project in the same master development.

"The residential project has been launched and will have one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. We expect to launch Capital Square, a commercial tower, soon," a company spokesperson told Emirates Business.

The company recently announced the launch of Harbour Heights, a residential development on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi.

A 40-storey tower, Harbour Heights will comprise one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with penthouses and duplexes on the higher levels. The apartments will be equipped with modern accessories, thoughtfully planned space and utilities and elegantly designed interiors.

The tower will also offer amenities such as steam and sauna facilities, gymnasium, meditation and yoga centres, swimming pools, children's play area, entertainment and games room. It is equipped with smart-home technology, camera supervised covered parking on three podiums, concierge services and 24-hour residential services.

The company is also eyeing investments in Qatar's real estate landscape. "Qatar is a strategic market for Damac Properties. The country is fast emerging as an important centre of business activity in the region and we have plans in place aimed at our involvement with upcoming projects in Qatar," Damac Holding Chairman Hussain Sajwani has said.

Damac is also planning to invest $1billion (Dh3.67bn) to build a housing-hotel complex in Danang, a Vietnamese newspaper reported.

The firm has discussed the plan with the local government to develop the project and will send its architects to the central Vietnamese port city, the report said.

Damac Properties is expanding rapidly into North Africa, Jordan, Lebanon, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the Far East. Its portfolio includes properties worth in excess of Dh110bn.

absolutly beautiful
You just replied to a thread in which nothing had been posted for 10 years. So that either means that you know this project has been finished by now, or this project was never built and you're just posting compliments in random threads. Which of the two is it?
