Deyaar launches Dhs3bn Deyaar Park in Downtown Jebel Ali






Deyaar Development PJSC, the region’s fastest growing real estate company, is due to launch its landmark Dhs3bn Deyaar Park on October 27, 2007

The project is the company’s single largest mixed use real estate development till date comprising luxury homes, offices and retail stores, with a built up area of over 2 million sq.ft.

The freehold project is located in Downtown Jebel Ali, the upcoming dynamic business and residential hub on Sheikh Zayed Road, master planned by Limitless, a global real estate arm of Dubai World.

Spread over eight strategically located and adjoining plots, Deyaar Park is situated in the Green Trellis District of Downtown Jebel Ali, amidst lush green landscape, shaded avenues and urban plazas.

Hello, Any idea what is happening on this project ?
I know that there was a group of purchasers who were trying to enter in to a settlement with Deyaar directly. Deyaar only offered ready units in some projects (at a very high price). Not much movement and no works have still commenced on this project.
