Quality Group is expanding its operations to United Arab Emirates by constructing a skyscraper in the heart of Dubai, in Jumeirah Village South (JVS). It is a self-contained community designed to the highest standards and bordering Dubailand, the world’s largest theme park.

The name ‘Olympus’ refers to the highest mountain in Greece. In Greek mythology it was believed that mount Olympus was the place where the Gods lived. The Greeks believed it was built in crystal mansions. The name of the tower emphasises the richness of the project by presenting it as a ‘home of the Gods’.

The project is designed by award winning Architects in Dubai in co-operation with Quality Group’s design team. The project will be 54 stories tall and will be a tribute to luxury living with countless ‘in house’ services such as a beauty & health spa, sporting facilities, bars & restaurants, swimming pools on various levels and ample parking for tenants and visitors alike.


The development will be a ‘free hold’ project hence offering buyers long term security and piece of mind. The project will be maintained and run by Quality Group and will carry the signature of excellence that Quality Group offers worldwide.
