Its samriyah tower, a new tower by Fasial Bin Jassim, and its in today's daily newspapers.

I have a theory... That Samiyrah Tower and Dareen Tower took the place of the Samroyah Towers... I hope im wrong!

At the same ceremony, Al Faisal Holdings sealed another agreement with Doha Bank and National Bank of Dubai to finance the construction of Al Samiria Tower that it proposes to build. The project incorporates a hotel with 238 rooms, and 84 residential apartments, of which 56 are three bed-room units and the remaining two bed-room units.

The complex would have parking facility for 340 cars, swimming pool, gymnasium, entertainment hall, children’s play area, and restaurant. It would have a build up area of about 55,000 square metres.
