An artistic impression of The Gateway at the Dubai Sports City
Dubai Sports City has announced the launch of The Gateway, the identical twin towers at the entrance to the world's first integrated sporting destination. The real estate project has a total built-up area of 1,214,225 square feet and 44 floors of offices per tower. The Gateway Towers will provide key facilities, including 3 basement parking spaces, a top floor high-end restaurant, health club and spa and a ground floor coffee shop and business centre.
Khalid Al Zarooni, President, Dubai Sports City said: "Executives working at The Gateway are going to receive the full range of benefits that Dubai Sports City has to offer, from a wide range of retail and hospitality options within walking distance, as well as easy access to our world-class sporting venues."
U. Balasubramaniam, CEO, Dubai Sports City said: "The Gateway towers will be the centrepiece of Dubai Sports City. As the commercial property development tries to mix business with pleasure. After having a hard day at the office you can always opt for an indoor game to let your hair down. This is a unique concept in Dubai's commercial properties."
The commercial property is designed by Arif & Bintoak Consulting Architects and Engineers. The Gateway Towers merges trendy architectural design with an impressive range of amenities. The Gateway is accessible from Emirates Road making it possible for visitors to commute to all parts of Dubai. The Dubai International Airport and new Al Maktoum International Airport, as well as the downtown districts of Jebel Ali and Dubai are a short drive away.
wow never saw those renders before these towers are impressive along with DSC. One thing I would intergrate in the design of these towers is a sky bridge because there probably are some facilities in each tower that the other lacks.
"Flanging the main entry to the Dubai Sport City, these landmark twin office towers act as a gateway to this ambitious project, and express with contemporary clarity the main spotsmanship qualities of strength, achievement and fairplay. The inclination of the towers towards each other on either side alludes to two competitors leaning against each other. The curved portions of the facades meet when light beams shooting from the building intersect at night"
