Architectural Standards

Hi you all!
I hope it is the right section of the forum for this question.
I tried a lot of time without any result, so I hope this time someone could answer me!

Which are the most important books for architectural standards?
In Italy for example is very common the use of ''Manuale dell'Architetto'' (by Bruno Zevi)
Example:

or the manual of Neufert

Is there something with inches as unit of measure? Or something for other cultures? Or simply something different from the two examples I gave?

Thank you in advance
