You're probably right, but this would look perfect in ManchesterA lot of these buildings are beautiful but I feel most are more architectually suited to their respective cities as they're more aligned to the arhcitectual heritage of said city, most would probably look a bit strange in Manchester. A modern take on the Victorian red brick style would look excellent in manc.
