أبوظبى فى 6 مايو / وام / أعلنت شركة " إم بي آي" إحدى كبريات الشركات الاستثمارية في قطاعات التطوير العقاري والإنشاءات ومشاريع البنية التحتية والمشاريع الصناعية اليوم إطلاق "ديرفيلدز تاون سكوير" مشروع التطوير العقاري متعدد الاستخدامات بتكلفة مليار درهم والذي يتضمن مزيجاً متنوعاً من الوحدات السكنية والتجارية ومحلات التجزئة ومرافق الضيافة.

وسيتم تطوير المشروع الذي يعكس فن العمارة خلال العصر الفيكتوري في منطقة مدينة الباهية الواقعة في قلب منطقة المشاريع الجديدة في أبوظبي بما في ذلك شاطىء الراحة وجزيرة ياس ومدينتا خليفة أ وخليفة ب حيث يقع المشروع بالقرب من مطار أبو ظبي الدولي وكورنيش أبوظبي.

ويواكب المشروع مستوى الطلب المتنامي على العقارات المتميزة في قطاع التجزئة والقطاع التجاري والقطاع السكني في أبوظبي ..كما سيوفر وجهة متكاملة للعيش والعمل والتسوق والترفيه من خلال مرافقه الداخلية والخارجية المتنوعة..وسيضم أيضاً محمية فريدة للطيور هي الأولى من نوعها التي يتم تطويرها ضمن مشروع عقاري في أبوظبي.

وقال محمد الحاج الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة "إم بي آي ان إمارة أبوظبي تشهد معدلات نمو غير مسبوقة وعبر كافة قطاعات الأعمال الأمر الذي أسهم في ارتفاع معدلات الطلب بشكل هائل على خدمات التجزئة والترفيه والضيافة".

وأضاف انه سيتم العمل في مشروع "ديرفيلدز تاون سكوير" على تلبية احتياجات المقيمين والزائرين على اختلاف أنواعها وأشكالها والارتقاء بها إلى المستوى المطلوب كمشروع نموذجي متكامل.

وأوضح أن المشروع يتميز بقربه من مطار أبوظبي وعلى مسافة قريبة من كورنيش أبو ظبي ضمن منطقة تشهد ظهور العديد من المشاريع الجديدة فضلاً عن ما يوفره من شعور بالسكينة والطمأنينة بعيداً عن ازدحام وصخب الحياة وسط المدينة".

وسيمثل المشروع وجهة متفردة تجمع بين سحر الماضي وروعة الحاضر..وتبرز التصاميم العمرانية للمشروع نموذجاً للأناقة والرقي وأساليب الحياة العصرية حيث تم تصميم المشروع ليقدم تجربة عائلية رفيعة المستوى وعلى مدار العام وخاصة للسكان والسياح في أبوظبي.

وقال محمد الحاج ان المشروع سيقام على مساحة بناء تبلغ 2ر3 مليون قدم مربع ..موضحا ان المنطقة السكنية في المشروع تضم وحدات متنوعة المساحة تشمل استوديوهات وشققاً سكنية..كما يضم المشروع مبان مستقلة مجهزة ببنية تحتية متطورة تواكب الاحتياجات المعاصرة لشركات الأعمال..ويتسع مركز التسوق الذى سيبدأ تنفيذه فى المرحلة الاولى لأكثر من 200 محل للتجزئة تلبي احتياجات الرواد على اختلاف فئاتهم .

وذكر أن العمل فى المشروع سيستغرق حوالى 30 شهرا منذ البدء فيه خلال الايام القليلة القادمة.

من جانبها قالت السيدة بانو تاس المدير العام للمشروع ان المشروع سيوفر مزيجا مثاليا من التجارب المتفردة في عالم التسوق والترفيه والضيافة تحت سقف واحد..كما سيمثل الوجهة المفضلة في ضواحي أبوظبي مدعوماً بوجود نخبة من العلامات التجارية الراقية التي سيقدمها المشروع للإمارة.

ويأتي إطلاق المشروع في وقت تشهد فيه أبوظبي ارتفاعاً كبيراً في مستوى الطلب على المباني التجارية نظراً للنهضة الاقتصادية الشاملة في الإمارة.

يذكر ان شركة "إم بي أي" تأسست عام 2003 من قبل سعادة سعيد عبد الجليل الفهيم النائب السابق لرئيس غرفة تجارة أبوظبي.. وهي شركة استثمارية تعمل بشكل خاص في الاستثمارات العقارية والمالية التي تتماشى مع رؤية أبو ظبي ودولة الإمارات بشكل عام .

وعلى الصعيد العالمي تعد دولة الإمارات صلة الوصل بين الشرق والغرب الأمر الذي يعزز المكانة العالمية للشركة .

MBI, real estate development firm based in Abu Dhabi, has unveiled ‘Deerfield Town Square', Dh1 billion mixed-use real estate development, featuring commercial, residential, retail and hospitality components. Located in Al Bahia area of Abu Dhabi, the capital of the UAE, the development boasting of Victorian type architectural style will be close to Dubai-Abu Dhabi Highway.

Mohammed Al Haj, CEO, MBI, said, The Deerfields Town Square will cater to the multi-dimensional requirements of visitors and residents, and live up to its connotation of a typical town square ambience".

Spread over an area of 3.2 million sq ft, Deerfields Town Square will allocate 2.2 million sq ft for retail and entertainment while residential, commercial and hospitality units will occupy 950,000 sq ft of area.

Banu Tas, General Manager, Deerfields Town Square, said, "The development will be first choice destination on the outskirts of Abu Dhabi".

The residential block of this real estate development in Abu Dhabi will offer 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and serviced units. The office building will provide commercial space on lease. The mall will comprise of over 200 retailers catering to different segments of customers from UAE.

Mubarak and Brother Property and Financial Investments (MBI), a major real estate, construction and infrastructure company, has announced the unique aspects of their first landmark project, Deerfields Town Square, at the Abu Dhabi Cityscape Exhibition 2008. The exhibition is likely to conclude today, the 16th May 2008.

The Deerfields Town Square, set to be nestled at Abu Dhabi's Al Bahia area amidst developments such as the Yas Island, Al Raha Beach, and Khalifa A and B Cities, is all set to offer tenants, residents, and shoppers a holistic experience in working, shopping, and entertainment, all within a single community district.

The close proximity of Deerfields to the Abu Dhabi International Airport, and Abu Dhabi's largest entertainment park -Warner Brothers, and the Formula One Race Track, makes the project more prominent.

Reflecting a true classic Victorian-style architecture, the project features commercial, retail, residential and hospitality components, all spreading across 840,000 square meters of land, covering a total built-up area of 3.2million Square Feet.

The project will also house a mall with a capacity to accommodate more than 200 retailers, and a gamut of anchor shops, food courts, casual and fine dining restaurants, stand alone retail boxes, hyper market, coffee shops and 12-screen multiplex.

The development also houses offices, serviced and residential apartments, hotel and a bird conservatory, which is said to be one-of-its-kind in the country's history.

MBI selects consultants for Dh1b Deerfields Town

Dubai: Deerfields Town Square, a Dh1 billion mixed-use project developed by MBI, a major investment company yesterday said, it has assigned a consortium of consultants for its project in Abu Dhabi.

As the lead consultant, MR Group will oversee the conceptual design, coordination and supervision of the contractors. MR Group is globally renowned for its top-level talent in architectural design and origination, graphic design, and the implementation and management of these functions, providing a level of service generally associated with industry leaders in each category.

The consortium also includes Petroff Partnership Architects, an international full-service architectural firm currently ranked sixth worldwide and number one in Canada, specialising in commercial, retail and mixed use development. Talbot Consultants International Inc., an international market research, analysis and strategy development firm is among the key members of the consortium.

Classical architecture

Banu Tas, general manager of Deerfields said, "The high quality of services and international standards as well as the on-time delivery of projects, not to forget the amazing client portfolio, were the main reasons behind assigning the consortium.

"Reflecting 'Classical Victorian' architecture, Deerfields Town Square will cater to the multi-dimensional requirements of visitors and residents, offering a perfect blend of shopping, entertainment, dining, recreation and hospitality, all under one roof."
