i rekon melb needs a new LARGE ofice tower somewhere .\. 350-475m with a VERY innovative design and reflective glass exterior.

ABSOLUTELY!!! Although I've got to say that Eureka is a mighty fine apartment building. It's design seems to merge both office and apartment building into one, but I'm always for another.

Obviously, but this 1 should be out next major project, although i fear it isnt going to happen anytime soon... i believe it will be a very LONG time b4 we get another building that even remotely approaches 300//350 m looks like were down in the doldrums with the early 200's. max

1901 foot building would be nice year of fed

I think that Melbourne's skyline NEEDS another tall office building - taller than Rialto - say 280m+. That combined with Eureka and Prima (if it gets built to 223m) will keep me happy for a few years.
