Kappa, thanks for responding, although I didn't totally understand your answer....do you mean that it's difficult to make changes to those buildings or to prevent developers from adding floors/demolishing them? Sorry to be such a nuisance

hno::bash:...Well, im saying that the buildings are old. Alot of them were built before '67 and even '48. You either demolish them or just try to fix them as best as possible.
