Location : Aseana Business Park , Paranaque City.

The predominantly glass facade of 81912 Aseana Avenue gives the building a distinct character. However, what sets the fourth edifice apart from its predesesors is its relatively huge area size equal to the combined areas of Aseana One , Aseana Two and Aseana 3. Aside from its massive proportion , 8912 Aseana Avenue also has impressive integrated skywalk bridge that connects it to adjacent buildings such as Ayala Malls Manila Bay, a thoughtful touch that makes for a safe and efficient pedestrian traffic.
