Cross post.

This must get the prize of the widest/longest block in Manchester/Salford? Weavers Quay is pretty long but this wins I think.

It must be over 100m long this. That's 100m of new commercial space.

This development is going to absolutely transform Chapel Street.

Not sure about the colour, but looks quite good, something is a long,long time acoming and very urban, with the shop units on the ground floor (reminding me of Glasgow & Edinburgh where I was a student..)..Just hope they get filled up and are not just boarded up for years on end...
