I think the most important thing is to make a stucture plan and work whit it till the end of 2014 and than we will get it or not.
But if we don't get it this two years will lay a huge fundament for the development of soccer and infrastructure in ower twlo countries.
And if we don't get it there is always a EURO 2024, and only a few bids make it the first time, so this is a win win situation.

Азербайджан и Грузия заявят девять городов для проведения Евро-2020

Сегодня в Батуми (Грузия) состоялась встреча представителей АФФА и ФФГ (Федерация футбола Грузии), на которой стороны обсуждали вопросы, связанные с совместной заявкой на проведение Евро-2020.

Как сообщает Sport.1news.az, на встрече было решено, что обе страны сформируют рабочие группы до 10 июня и встретятся для обсуждения в Баку.

А к 30 июня будет подготовлен четкий план, в котором будут указаны девять городов (5 – с одной стороны и 4 – с другой), которые примут игры чемпионата Европы, будет дана информация по отелям, аэропортам и так далее.

About competition, if we get Euro, it will be held in big cities which must have close access to airport...so Baku, Gence, Lankaran and Sumgayit could be featured..however, investment to medium cities like Gabala, Zagatala also can be made...

So on 30th of june will be announced in kiev wich 9 nine cities will get match.
From Georgia for sure Tbilisi, Kutaisi and Batumi will get matches i'm not sure about the fourth city.
As we can see from the video of Galandar, this is not a bid of just two neighbours but a bid of two countries in friendship and you can see that back in every structure as we can see olso in the football federations.

As for the opponents I don't see the British assotiations as ower biggest problem, there are huge financiele problems, olso logistic problems you need a boat to get from one city to the other and the UEFA wants develop football in eastern Europe too.
So the biggest problem is Turkey, who is economicaly strong, and has allready all the logistic and football instrastructure to hold such tournement, so we must hope istanbul gets the Olympic games but not only for that reason a Euro 2020 and Olympic games 2020 held in ower region will for sure give ower region a boost.

Звиад Сичинава: Шансы Азербайджана и Грузии получить ЕВРО-2020 реальны

Президент Грузинской федерации футбола Звиад Сичинава считает, что у грузино-азербайджанской заявки на проведение ЕВРО-2020 есть реальные шансы стать победной. «Политика УЕФА направлена на сторону развития в таких странах как мы. Так что наши шансы реальны. Другие страны, которые подадут совместные заявки, будут делить количество городов и где проводить игры, а нам нечего делить. УЕФА доверяет нашим странам, так как мы развиваем инфраструктуру и футбол» - сказал он, передает azerisport.com.
