An interesting discussion on the Dutch road forum.

This sign on A604 appears to indicate something about 'all lanes'.

But apparently it is a placename sign of a place that was once written differently. It doesn't seem to be an actual placename anymore, but a quarter of Grâce-Hollogne.

I drove there recently I don't think that sign was there and google streeview is from 3 months ago and it does show that sign

But apparently there is also a second one to the right side of the road:

Maybe it is to indicate the exit ramps end on the road Toite-Voie. The main road trough the suburb is called " Rue Toute-Voie(s)" spelled with s or without depending on which map you look at😅 That is the only possible explaination I could figure out.

The construction of the tunnel elements of the immersed Schelde River Tunnel in Antwerp has officially commenced yesterday.

The eight tunnel elements will be constructed in a drydock in Zeebrugge. Each element is 160 meters in length and weighs 60,000 tons. They will be produced in Zeebrugge and then transported to the construction site in Antwerp in 2025. The tunnel will open to traffic in 2030.

It's part of the 'Oosterweel Link', which consists of a new tunnel to complete the R1 ring road around Antwerp, as well as upgrading the existing R1 east of Antwerp. It is by far the largest road project in Belgium in decades.

The street sign says "Rue Toutes-Voies"

In Belgium exit names are indicated by white signs, and do not necessarily have to contain one of the exit destinations.
In this case it's indeed the street name where the exit leads to.
"Toutes voies" may mean "all lanes" in French, so you might think you can use all lanes for the exit.
Since voies is spelled with lowercase v, I think the sign maker also got the wrong message.😄
It would have been less confusing if "Rue" was added, but it is customary in French speaking countries to remove prefixes like Rue, Boulevard, Avenue... on directional signs.

Toûvôye is a Walloon word/spelling and is indeed the name of a place, and Toutes Voies simply either its translation in French or a "Frenchized" spelling. The place gave its name to the street that goes below the highway and that collects the exit/access roads.

A landmark on E25/E411 is the Hondelange rest area near Arlon, which has a bridge restaurant over the motorway.

However it will close down. It was built in 1990 and Autogrill had a 20 year concession, but doesn't have an interest in another 20 year concession and no other bidders seem interested. The interior needs a major update.

This one is rather unusual, being a large motorway rest area, but it doesn't have a fuel station. This is due to the proximity to Luxembourg, there are almost no motorway service areas with fuel stations on Belgian and German motorways close to Luxembourg. On E25 there is an almost 140 kilometer gap between motorway fuel stations, on E42 the gap is even larger (almost 180 kilometers).
