Detailed masterplan - ATKINS

The proposed concept is to retain the existing use of the area along Babek Avenue; known for its furniture, cars, construction materials and trade-oriented activities. Accordingly, 12-14 storey residential and commercial buildings with large, open plan podiums are offered.

Area – 23,8 ha and Gross Floor Area 333 780 sq.m. and 2 700 parking places.
Residential – 251 640 sq.м
Offices – 33 140 sq.м,
Retail – 49 000 sq.м
Landscape – green streets and square.
