2 Bridge connected to the Old building and to the future New Expansion Building (2nd Building)

2nd Building construction commence if the ongoing of 1st Building was completed located at the corner across of the Old Building beside King's Hotel where the current parking area of Gaisano Customers...

^^^^ That expansion will almost double thier floor area. That is definitely huge. Gaisano didn’t give a budge or disturbed with its fellow mall operators considering thier distances with SM, Ayala, 888 are just a walking distance away.
Somehow thier expansion will give some boost in the downtown area.
