Mr. Ronald Lim, CEO of Pacific Concord Properties, Inc. of Lancaster Hotel Development unveils the plans and development of the South of Bacolod. Five projects that would spur the development, a) residential subdivision b) commercial subdivision, c) theme park, d) Hacienda e) Marina & f) Business District. Both (Hacienda and Marina) with world-class standards residential, commercial and amusement parks in One.

Architectural Concept and Designs are being done by the world-renowned Budji Layug and Royal Pineda.

Another icon that will shine into the world the promising City of Smiles. A concept of bringing "Value-for-Money Domestic Tourism".

P3B investment set for biz hub, marina

The Lancaster Hotels will pour in P3 billion worth of investments in Bacolod City for the construction of a business district in Brgy. Pahanocoy and an aquasport facility in Brgy. Tangub, its president and chief executive officer, Ronald Lim, told the DAILY STAR yesterday.

Of the P3 billion, P2 billion will be spent for the business district, to be called Hacienda Negros that will include a country club, condominium-hotel, office and commercial spaces, and a retail mall, Lim said. For the aquasport facility called the Marina, that will feature activities like wake boarding, banana boat rides and kayaking among others, they will spend about P1 billion, he said.

Aside from the business district, Lancaster hotels will also establish single detached housing units near the Hacienda Negros. The construction will start this year but completion is expected within three to five years. The Pacific Concord Properties Inc. will undertake the site development.

Hacienda South of Bacolod: A Premier Property in Bacolod

^^don't be misled by the name "Lancaster" and don't mislead us. Profriends Property Group Inc which own Lancaster New City in Cavite and Lancaster Hotel owned by The Pacific Concorde Properties Inc. are 2 distinct companies and separate from each other. South of Bacolod, a Lancaster Hotel development is owned and will be developed by Pacific Concorde Properties Inc. and not by Profriends Property Group Inc. Please read articles posted earlier.

Sir, if you have time please read the Tripadvisor review about Lancaster or better yet visit the Lancaster thread here under San Juan-Mandaluyong completed projects to know more about the developer so you would know what I'm talking about.

By all means, if you have extra cash, then go ahead, invest your money with pcpi.

a township which is 87 hectares will take years to be developed....... :):):)
