PWU-V sa Northern VS TUP-V sa Southern (2nd Campus)...wala labut may PNU-V nata kag TUP-V (1st Campus)...:banana::cheers:
It's nice to see universities establish extensions/ campuses sa various population centers sang Negros Occidental.

Young people are now able to access quality education without the added burden and expense kay knnlan pa "ma-board" or mabyahe pa-Bacolod adlaw-adlaw para maka-eskwela sa college.

The Missavirre-Citadine complex, Sitari, Grand Imperial Xing and even JTL are only the latest in the trend for dalan Lacson and its environs that started many years ago with the PNB Building, which will later be overtaken by the Two SanParq Tower as Bacolod's tallest at 14 stories.

With the highly anticipated improvement in the northerly flow of traffic in the coming years due to the Bacolod-Victorias Coastal Road Project.

Don't be surprised if more high end developers gobble up real estate on both sides of the highway going to Talisay from Bata and for sure tall buildings will be part of the equation.

I am crossing my fingers that the long talked about Metropolitan Bacolod Council will finally see the light of day kay for sure mamata naman ining developments nga guina-istoryahan ta sang bag-o naman nga mga challenges which by far ka obvious gd nga daw indi pa gd handa ang Bacolod by itself (wala daw ta gani kwarta for a south coastal road pero may kwarta para sa coliseum :bash:)
