Basra| Genetic Blood Diseases Research Center | Complete

This is a new building attached to the Basra Teaching Hospital on Shat Al Arab, the quality and finishing of the construction work looks good, it is probably built by one of the companies contracting for construction at Oil sector projects.

The center I believe is going to be used to do research on genetic blood diseases that are widely common between the people of Basra for decades.

If this center is not what they told me, someone please elaborate.

3 Radiotheraphy Centers are being constructed in Basrah, Anbar (Ramadi) and Hilla for Iraq Ministry of Health. The construction in Basrah and Hilla were completed, the construction in Anbar (Ramadi) will be completed in 2013, February and all hospitals will be handed over simultaneously. In addition, we are at the stage of preparation for 2 Radiotheraphy Centers in Baghdad.
