Correct.,It's the tallest pure hotel tower in S.E. Asia., and I dont think the Ritz Carlton in Jakarta will be taller since I dont think the 327 Meters tower will be hotel, the shorter twins are.

It's only a minor fire on the 2nd floor at the Machanical room due to the electrical disiration., now the building remains abandonned for safety until it's totally secured again in the next couple days.

Yes, for safety reason. Curtain areas remain closed.
