The only information i have about that project is that the architect is Zaha Hadid and the construction area is situated right behind the sport complex at boulevard in Baku. Despite the fact that the foundation works have been started recently, but the status is ON HOLD for now. I think they will gon on the construction soon

Projects are now debuting on the board as on hold? That isn't a good sign.
It's ONE project.
NOTHING will stop the boom going on in Azerbaijan, unless of course the world ceases to depend on oil.

The only 2 projects on hold are:
1)Globus Plaza I wrote on hold, because i have seen the foundation works, but they don't build anything for 2 months, that is why i said on hold, but maybe i am wrong. I have lack of information about that project.
2) Park Plaza That is on hold now, because the owner sold it to another company, but anyway the new owner is going to continue construction. The previous owner was korean CS Engineering.. and the new owner is turkish Koray Construction.
