With the cladding it looks more like Iris Bay in Dubai than Trump Towers Panama.

Looks very pedestrian friendly, between two freeways, an active railway and a railway yard.

In most cities this is where poor people would live.

But in modern Azerbaijan, everything is topsy-turvy.
