Bağcılar Ofis Rezidans Kulesi, Basın Ekspres Yolu üzerinde yer alan ve ofis, konut ve çarşı fonksiyonlarını barındıran 92,602 m2 brüt inşaat alanına sahip bir projedir. Mevcut dokunun en belirleyici özelliği Basın Ekspres Yolu boyunca akan Ayamama Deresidir. Ayamama Deresi ve yapı adaları arasında kalan yeşil alanın tasarıma katılması ve taşkın alanındaki su öğeleriyle de zenginleşecek nitelikli bir peyzaj alanı olarak kentle bütünleşmesi hedeflenmiştir.
