I'm now a resident in Ballito Hills and I watch in awe at the speed at which these contractors progress through the phases. Clearly very good communication and project management here.
Balwin have an app for residents to log snags and they are literally sorting it out in just a few hours.

What's the Overall number of units they plan? They seem to squeeze people

776 across their first 21 phases, and c. 1,300 across the entire development as far as I understand. Squeezed in for sure, but I have to say I like the way the units have been designed to maximize their space. Also necessary in a time where KwaDukuza desperately needs to densify in order to improve their operating efficiency.
