In recent years, Kolkata has seen many modern, iconic structures taking shape in the form of residentials or commercials. The city is witnessing a revolution of sorts in architecture and design be it The Atmosphere, BioWonder, Ideal Unique, Unimark Asian, The 42, KMOMA...........the list goes on.

Welcome the latest addition to this list, a residential structure that when complete will probably house a select few who's who of the society...

What is this building...double/triple height villas stacked on top of each other? Maybe..maybe not. This thread is not meant to showcase a highrise or a skyscraper....though from the graphic illustration it seems quite tall close to a 20 stories....it is for a work of art which when taken shape will be something to talk about.......EMPORIS is probably for Emperors !!!!!!

Location - Sunny Park, Ballygunge
Developer - Srijan Group
Architect - The Design Cell (the one who designed the first Diamond tower/The 42)
Details - Not much known as of now. It is a future project

Just savor the renders..........

Well the design looks cool. But what would be the height of the structure and how many floors will be there?

Not sure. Apparently it seems it will have around 8-9 floors, but the floor heights are very big. My impression is that these are approx triple height villas with internal stairways inside each apartments. This would make the structure effectively quite tall.

The saleable area is 1.3 lakh sq ft. That's a lot of space mind you. Keep an eye out here for further details

Architects - The Design Cell
"An exclusive G+28 residential building with Single, Duplex and Triplex apartments covering approximately 1.5 lakh sq ft and located in a posh area of Kolkata"

This project is still not officially launched...but I know the site which is cordoned off but yet to see construction of any kind. This tower is a 29 floor structure, with 2 singlets, 5 duplexes and 5 triplexes. a Triple height lobby and a Skydeck.
