CMC unveils ‘Bangkok Horizon’ sales office New promotion under way after pre-sales exceed target
Thailand’s leading property developer Chaopraya Mahanakorn Co., Ltd. (CMC) has launched a new sales office and promotion for Bangkok Horizon, a trendy 37-storey condominium in Ramkamhaeng area worth over 1.5 billion baht. It is expected that the new drive, with prices staring at 39,500 baht per square meter and gifts worth up to 300,000 baht for each buyer, will lead to over 25% of the units being booked.
Wichian Padhayanun, Chaopraya Mahanakorn Co., Ltd.’s Managing Director, said the company’s 27-storey high-rise condominium Bangkok Horizon was officially launched on September 1-2, 2007 at an enjoyable Bangkok Horizon Party. Also, the special offer of 39,500 baht per square meter and a range of special gifts, for example, built-in kitchen fittings, air-conditioners and gift vouchers to purchase furniture, have attracted strong public interest.
Bangkok Horizon is considered to be the first project that fully meets the needs of the new well-off generation with its prices starting at 1.2 million baht and a complete range of facilities including a free-form swimming pool on the 8th floor and 2 gigantic roof gardens on the 22nd and 37th floors.
In addition to this, the condominium will have 24-hour CCTV security system, high-speed Internet, fitness center, squash court, laundry service, restaurants, a convenience store and spa.
