That would rebuild the whole of Iraq lol ... or is that just wishful dreaming??
1Bn every 4 days? yea at a plateau of 2.85M barrels that's roughly right. of course, i dont think they will pump that much really...
and the money won't go to build or rebuild any town, since it will be swallowed up by salaries for millions of state employees, rations, state pensions, fuel and electricity subsidies, road subsidies, uneconomical state-industries, reparations to kuwait, debt interest payments, armed forces and interior ministry... pockets of all the layers of thieves in government from minister down to sweeper.
leaving about $500k to be used to put some plastic trees with lights on roads.
