Thanks for the updates! Actually thought showing the logo of Starbucks (and Jollibee) as prominently as in the renders/walk-through is enough confirmation already. If not, they would’ve used a generic “COFFEE SHOP” placeholder instead, just like the “RESTAURANT” placeholder in an unconfirmed tenant space shown in the render below.

Bumilis ang construction lately, as seen from Grand Terminal almost conplete na ang exterior ng building.

The problem i am seeing for this mall is parking same with Lemery branch. In BC case naenclose ng grand terminal at ng Hispital yung kanila g lote sa harap nmn e me Mcdo at Shakeys so ang natitirang space fir parking is yung frontage which is makipot lng.

May cinema kaya Xentro Mall Batangas?
