wala bang forum for Playa Laiya? we are planning to go to the site and see the potential of the project...it's been my dream to have a house near the beach.

...you have an option to buy lots which is across the street overlooking the beach. i bought a lot. if you want to be near the beach and the aquaria pool, then your option is the triton...

...very good to hear bro, once you acquired a property, you will then be entitled to a privilege card and can use them to access other landco developments. ask your agent about it. Playa Laiya is a good develoment, matter of fact i once ask my agent if i can switch properties from calatagan to laiya...hehehe...pero when i learned about the privilege card. ok na and so i unloaded our other property in Kota Keluarga in Laiya also...san ka sa sta rosa boss?

what made you think of switching from Calatagan to Laiya?

Any update pics on Nautilus and Triton? Which one is better?
