Terrazas de Punta Fuego is a luxury seaside amenity for the exclusive use of club members. The concept of experiencing “fun in the sun” was used in the master plan and is exhibited through the development of especially dedicated activity spaces located within the site: pocket parks that offer an oasis for both mind and body, nature trails for leisurely walks, and an infinity pool with bubblers to melt stress away.

Looking to buy in Punta Fuego, but I just heard that house owners don't actually live there, and their houses are just vacation houses, so no real community. Any insights would be appreciated

The buyers most likely are still working abroad and would retire in Punta. So by 2025 we may see trickle of residents and by 2030 there would be a community. Besides, "community" for this project is more about peace and tranquility.
