Hello everyone!

I thought it was high-time I posted another night photos "tour" of Melbourne. This tour strays a little more into the suburbs than my previous tours. Hopefully locals will find some inspiration from some of the lesser-known locations, and the "visitors" will develop a greater appreciation for Melbourne's beauty :)

This tour follows on from Parts I and II that were posted previously.

You can find more of my photos at http://www.flickr.com/photos/adonline

Enjoy!

Cheers,
The Olderfleet :cheers2:

Brings back a few memories when I lived in Northcote. Strange to see ' Bank of Cyprus'. My fondest memories of Northcote was that it was full of ****'s. Not that there is anything wrong with that:)

Great pics! Has the Forum theatre always been lit up like that? Looks good. The Immigration Museum is one of my favourite museums. I love the fact that it presents the bare-faced facts of Australia's past and race relations. Should be compulsory for every Australian to take a visit and face up to (or for some, even realise) what's happened in the past...

Thanks again for the pics, am missing Melbourne and (esp) my dear Northcote...

Nice to see you went mildly into the suburbs, but didn't anything happen to you at Northland, in Preston at night!?

That was probably the best photo of a petrol station I've ever seen.

I also like the second Northland picture. Shopping trolleys and a four wheel drive which has never been off the road - classic.

Thanks for your nice comments, everyone :)

Where is the Bank of Cyprus in Northcote? I live there and can't recall ever having seen it!
Sorry, that should be Preston, not Northcote. Corner of High Street and Murray Road.

Nah, I managed to avoid being stabbed this time...!
