In 2008, during the Olympics construction boom, people said that it will take Beijing 15 years to absorb all the office space. Now, with 6 years gone by and many new buildings gone up, what is the vacancy rate in Beijing?

Pretty sure that chimney is part of the plant that provides heat to all of Chaoyang district. No way they're gonna demolish that.Nice pictures. I hope that they will demolish that chimney soon. One thing I've noticed is that the building on the right which seemed to be onhold had resumed construction? And they have constructed a new road between the construction sites?

Glad to see Zun go up though. I can have the pleasure of walking past it every day once it gets a bit warmer.
