Seems to have been completed - some balconies had garden furniture on them today.

Some of the 1 bed apartments have been listed on properypal. 165k for a 1 bed apartment and the bedroom is tiny. Seems a bit steep relative to other apartments is it not.

It's incredible 'whiteness' makes it stick out for miles around. Exacerbated by the fact it stands proud and alone in a sea of wasteland. I hate it. It doesn't look like anyone even lives in it.

The worst thing about it is definitely that ground floor. What kind of entrance is that to an apartment building? Spectacularly bad.
