At first glance I thought this was the corner facing the Gallery. Does anyone know what the plans are for it. Hopefully it wont be on the market as well in the same state for 20k.

Ahh.. makes that Movie house demolition plan even more of a negative impact on the area... Marvellous!

The render for the new office development still has the multistory out the back. Come on what developer in their right mind would ever do away with a multistory in Belfast? I'm convinced car parks make more money in Belfast than any potential building development which is why no one is building on them.
