Just seen this in the Belfast city centre pdf of recent proposals

At 30 stories it would be Belfast’s tallest building, but there hasn’t been mentioned from what I can see recently despite project and planning approval. Does anyone know why.

I really like the design so would love to see it come to fruition.

This proposal was in a masterplan for the Titanic Quarter about 15 years ago. I doubt if planning approval is still valid, and even if it was valid I doubt if it would be built in the post-Covid economic climate. I honestly can't imagine that there will be a market for small, overpriced apartments in high-rise buildings in a city like Belfast.
