This proposal was in a masterplan for the Titanic Quarter about 15 years ago. I doubt if planning approval is still valid, and even if it was valid I doubt if it would be built in the post-Covid economic climate. I honestly can't imagine that there will be a market for small, overpriced apartments in high-rise buildings in a city like Belfast.
