Construction method looks completely different to CQ3. I thought they always built the Core first these days.

Presumably the only reason they built the core first with CQ3 was because it was built using the slipforming technique and so had to be completed all in one go, whereas it's maybe otherwise more efficient to build everything up together?

Emporis has this at 61 metres and 17 storeys that seems short for the amount of floors and contradicts post title assuming this is an error?

Yep can verify, latest height of plant roof is 72.7m but there seems to be a mast/spire that goes above it which maybe included in building height
