Alliance Air to launch flight to Bengaluru, Pune from Belgaum
MUMBAI: Alliance Air, the regional arm of national carrier Air India, Wednesday said it will start flight operations from Belgaum to Pune and Bengaluru with flights six-days per week, effective May 15.
The new services are being introduced under the Central government's regional connectivity scheme, Udan, Alliance Air said in a release.
The services on both the routes will be catered by a 72-seater ATR.
According to the release, flight 9I-513 will depart from Bangalore at 2.15 pm and arrive at Belgaum (Karnataka) at 3.40 pm from where it will depart at 4.05 pm and arrive at Pune at 5.20 pm.
Its Pune flight 9I 514 will depart for Belgaum at 5.45 pm and arrive there at 7.05 pm, it said adding it will depart from Belgaum at 7.30 pm and arrive in Bangalore at 9.10 pm on all days except Tuesday.

Ghodawat Aviation starts service from Belagavi to Bengaluru, Ahmedabad and return
Belagavi, May 15 (UNI) Ghodawat (Star Air) started its operation under UDAN-3 from Sambra Airport here-- Bengaluru-Belagavi, Ahmedabad-Belagavi-Bengaluru. Airport authority sources said that the Star Air flight will operate on daily basis except on Tuesday.
From Bengaluru the flight will arrive at 0840 hrs and takeoff to Ahmedabad at 0920 hrs and return from Ahmedabad at 1300 hrs to leave at 1350 hrs to Bengaluru. On Sunday the flight will arrive from Bengaluru at 1615 hrs and leave for Ahmedabad at 1640 hrs and return from Ahmedabad at 2020 IST to depart at 2040 hrs to Bengaluru.
