Verano Tower
Verano Tower is planned to be built in the block 34, in New Belgrade, near the motorway. It is in vicinity of Arena, covering 150,000 m2, an area that can receive over 20,000 people and represents a future accomodation center for guests visiting Belgrade during some sports and other events.
Multi-functionality of the complex should contain business and commercial parts and a hotel.
In volumetry of the building, the dominant strucutre is representated by a 50-floor tower, which would be then the highest building in the region.
