Yes, I believe in high FAR mixed use model for a populous country like India, but unfortunately the Hoysala building is in the wrong place. The same building would have been fine a few streets down on Kalpana Chawla road which is 80 ft wide and where the rest of the Hoysala properties are, not on Sanjaynagar main road. I am sure Akash can vouch for the fact that the road looks like nothing in the picture. With a theater next door its a receipe for disaster. Town planning in Bangalore is now certified useless and defunct. God bless Bengaluru.It is a great India. I hope that India well have more projects of that quality.
