looks much better than i would have imagined
I couldn't agree more ,far too many times we wanna see fancy buildings ,tall skyline but often the ground level images reveal shambolic and mediocre standards not worthy of those nice buildings.These are well maintained medians and well tended plants respected by pedestrians .Kigali might have a sister city here.

Upper Hill in Nairobi is the classic example for me. All bluster but the street level is embarrassing.

We need to develop a culture of aesthetics for city planning.
