Anyone else having trouble with the signal? Our picture pixellates constantly and the sound is bloody terrible - on off, on off.

**** me, it's four hours tops, once a year, the biggest Cup in ages, and they don't seem to be able to get their satellite link fixed. Bastards!!!

It seems to be sorted out now.

I was pretty worried for a while there.

I don't think i'd be able to stand watching ESPN with that fuckwit Tommy Smyth.

^^ ****, you and me both....

We've got Fox too but the weather's crap and the signal off our dish is patchy.

But those were my thoughts exactly Sydney Lad, I really can't bear to watch that stupid Leprechaun Tommy Smyth - "wid a WHOOIY".... can't ESPN get someone decent on instead of that tosser?!

Is it just me or did Wembley and the architects keep harping on that the roof design would ensure there'd be no shadows on the pitch, hence better pictures for TV coverage.

Just after kick-off and there's a dirty great shadow right down the length of the pitch and at Chelsea's end.

Did the muppets forget to move the roof panels back or is Wembley just full of shite?!

Yea, I am getting shit quality but I am pretty sure its the bad weather here thats making it worse. Digital Signal is pretty weak for me at the moment though the other channels are fine.
I have found that SBS always causes an issue.

**** ME DEAD, why doesn't that Andrew Orsatti ever shut the **** up?

"Lets go back to London to watch Chelsea lift the cup"....2 seconds later he's blabbing shite again, telling us 'dumb' viewers Chelsea have won as Terry is lifting the trophy. We can't hear the cheers in Wembley and sense the 'atmosphere' because SBS would rather have us hear the greasy *** wittering on with background noise supplied by a small rent-a-crowd in Star fucking City. :bash:

And don't get me started on Damien Lovelock. What a fucking bell-end.

I turned it off about 20 min before kick-off. Sat for an hour listening to those twats and they [almost] sent me to sleep.

Never had a problem with the picture. Great work Les yet again.

You probably need a new antenna or tv.

Errrrrrrrrrrrr....no Bob, TV is perfect, antenna good as it's always been. As Sydney Lad confirmed, SBS did have broadcast problems as his picture was dodgy too, and I can second this as I switched to SBS through the antenna (as opposed to through the Fox dish) and still the image was the same, whilst all other channels were fine.

Maybe you didn't start watching at 8.30pm (Western) or maybe you have SBS send you different images to the rest of us?

Thankfully SBS finally sorted out their picture before the game started but was looking iffy for a while. Helpful post half a day after the game's finished Bob. Better go get another brand new TV and have a new antenna installed then eh? :bash:

yeah it was rather dodgy from SBS, as my digital receiver picks up only 2/3s of SBS strength. but it was pretty boring the match I didn't miss out on much
