There's a portal entry up to renovate the exterior and streetscaping of BMO Harris Plaza (501 East Kennedy). There's no attachments in the entry yet but there is this description:

The proposed improvements include in-ground up lights, tree grates, pavers, colored and non-colored concrete the along Jackson Street, Morgan Street, and East Kennedy Boulevard. Demolition of trees and concrete on the sidewalk side of the curb is required for replacement by the proposed hardscape features.
