This is directly across the street from Hachsharat HaYeshuv tower.
Also I vaguely recall, we already had one of the forumers posting info on this.
If someone can remind me the link to a proper thread, it will be appreciated.

Slightly offtopic, I saw some pretty intensive digging works on the other side of Yarkon street, across the street from Allied tower construction site.
I remember someone I know who works in construction business, mentioning that this is going to be an large public underground parking lot.
Then again it could be another tower.
Not 100% sure.

Phoenix Tower will be 38 floors above 6 u/g


מגדל הפניקס - קבוצת סופרין:
38 קומות משרדים מעל 6 קומות חנייה. ביסוס המגדל נמצא כ5.5 מטרים מתחת למפלס מי תהום,
לכן מבוצעת השפלת מים באמצעות מערכות שאיבה והחדרת המים לעומק של כ-100 מטר.
מתחם ארגמן:
מגדל A -קבוצת סופרין 40 קומות משרדים + 4 קומות חנייה. צפי מסירה יוני 2019, הפרויקט נמצא לקראת סיום שלד.
בניין B הכשרת הישוב - קומות בית אבות סיעודי ומכוני רפואה + 4 קומות חנייה.
הכשרת הישוב - 20 קומות משרדים + 4 קומות חנייה.

why Bnei Brak needs american style downtown ,god only knows, its a still small city, better build houses for people to live ,and yes most of them will never work in this towers .
