The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) is inviting proponents to participate in the Competitive Challenge for the selection of the joint venture partner in the development of the approximately 33-hectare Bonifacio South Pointe (Property) located along Lawton Avenue, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.

In accordance with the final Supreme Court Decision dated 13 August 2014 (G.R. No. 203655) directing BCDA to conduct and complete the Competitive Challenge under the 2008 NEDA JV Guidelines, the subject of the Competitive Challenge is the 2010 proposal of the Original Proponent–SM Land, Inc. (SMLI).

The most recent appraised value of the Property is PHP 90,000 per sqm.*

Proponent should submit a better financial offer than SMLI based on the terms reflected in the Original Proposal and in line with the Supreme Court Decision. These can be found in the Competitive Challenge documents which shall be made available to all bidders.

Interested proponents may purchase the Terms of Reference (TOR) starting November 3, 2017 at the BCDA Corporate Center, 2nd Floor, Bonifacio Technology Center, 31st Street corner 2nd Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig for a non-refundable fee of PHP 300,000.

A Pre-bid Conference, in which the Property, the TOR and the nature of the Competitive Challenge shall be discussed, will be held on November 21, 2017 at 9:00 AM at the BCDA Corporate Center.
This Competitive Challenge is being administered by the BCDA Joint Venture Selection Committee (JVSC), and any questions may be addressed to the JVSC Secretariat at tel. no. 575-1758 or email at [email protected]

Atty. Nena D. Radoc
JVSC Chairperson

^^ So may mall na gagawin–maaaring Republic of Shoemart City Bonifacio, Nichols, Villamor? Or gruesome SMDC condominiums? It seems that Republic of Shoemart is taking the opportunity ti connect this JV property with BCDA with the Line 9's Senate Station na ilang metro lang ang layo diyan.
We don't need another SM mall in that area, napakalapit lang ng SM Aura jusko.

Expect that to be dense, walang ka balak balak mag lagay ng park yang SM. nakiki Park lang sila sa Ayala. Shame on them. I do not know why people keep patronizing them when they offer nothing and expect people to just pay pay pay.
