Nice :D

When are they starting Minpu Bridge? They announced it as world's longest cable-stayed bridge.
It has already begun. It began in September , 2005 , but make little progress wholly. It planed to complete in September of 2008 , seem unlikely .

And it's the third longest cable-stayed bridge (main span 708m),shorter than Sutong Bridge and Shanghai Yangtze River Bridge.

Minpu NO.2 bridge is a double-deck cable-stay bridge, too. The upper floor is four lanes of roads .The lower floor is for the south extension of the subway line 5.
