I’m a really big fan of these. Full length windows, proper sized balconies, the bedroom in the pics above looks a decent size. I’m not sure about the open-plan living room kitchen, the proportion seems to be a bit more kitchen than living room, even though the kitchen area looks decent.
Fortunately 3 sides of it will be hidden with better buildings, 2 of them from Tim Groom.
Not a fan of the plastic ivy but this development is generally fine.
What the hell have they done to that fine building. Would have looked far better in just white.
The twigs have been given a bit of protection.

They will be filled with rubbish, soon enough, those metal tree protectors...HATE the tarmac pavement.

Yup do you think that concrete is cost cutting by the developer or the council. You'd hope such a major route would have trees and paving stones or is that too much to ask for in the city?
