Still a damn site better than the Riverside blocks. Personally, I would say that these are inoffensive enough for their location.
Cheap bland crap!
At least we can agree on something :)

Not when stood next to FEC and Mulbury proposals and the heritage buildings

This really was a missed opportunity.

Agree it's very bland but I'm very thankful New Cross is finally being filled.

New Cross has been a neglected derelict eyesore for far too long.

It really is a poor colour scheme...and the whole thing lacks ambition... Safe

Love those ones like that last pic where I literally have no idea what bit of the city I'm looking at. Could have figured out with Skyline lurking in the background, but hadn't a clue at first.

Nothing wrong with it, but.......

They don't build them like they use to. Across the road.

I like this and could be nice to live in. Proper size balconies and lots of large windows. Central Manchester needs nice apartments to live in, not just boxes that are pleasant from the outside.
When compared to Tim Groom’s masterpieces and Hawkins\Brown proposal this is shocking. And you can tell it’s modular too. Hodders Oldham St development would look suit here.

Public realm now open and accessible. I think people may also have started to move in.

Public realm is decent enough. Bit of a sun trap too. Lets get that tarmac sorted please.

According to Hodder this has now completed.
