The building looks good until the top where they def. need renovation. And if they do, I hope they redo the top because it looks kind of bad. 7/10

Currently the building is "vacant" for those who don't know, but if the building gets renovated and facelifted, it will be as glorious as it was when it was built. I believe the side with not as many windows are where the lifts are... but I'm not sure.

That's correct. The elevator shafts are there. The building use to be an important dentistry center back in the day, and so many of the current state of the rooms have historic dentisty items littering the floors, desks, shelves, and other office equipment.

I give it a 9. It provides a gateway into Lower Woodward (Downtown Detroit). The lighting is awesome, and I hope we get it back.

This is Detroit's tallest abandoned building. It is supposedly slated to be renovated into condo's, though the owner is notorious for stating things and not following through.
